Before you return a Much Essentials  product, please take a moment to understand how meticulously and with an extensive care, we craft our products. Our mission is to help these weavers and artisans push themselves and their families out of poverty and develop into empowered entrepreneur. 

There is beauty in imperfections of a handloom fabric. The irregular weave or print or a stitch is not a defect but an identity that the product is hand-crafted.

Much Essentials Return & Exchange Policy

At Much Essentials, we celebrate the craftsmanship behind each product and pay homage to indigenous brands that inspire us. We ask that you be mindful of the hard work and dedication that goes into creating our exclusive designs. Nonetheless, we stand behind the quality of our products, and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will replace the product free of charge.

Please review our return and exchange policies before initiating a return.

Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that exchanges or refunds cannot be made for the following items unless they are defective or do not match the description:

  • Bespoke items
  • Luxury products
  • Discounted items (all SALE category products)

Reverse Pick-Up Policy:

To make the return or exchange process easier, we offer a hassle-free Reverse Pick-up service for your convenience. We value you not just at the time of sale but throughout your entire shopping experience.

To initiate a reverse pick-up, simply contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. You can reach us by:

Return/Exchange Process:

  1. Provide your order number in the email subject line to expedite the process.
  2. Ensure the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original saleable condition.
  3. Retain the original packaging, including Much Essentials tags.
  4. Pack the items securely to prevent any damage during transit.
  5. Your reverse pick-up request will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Refunds:

Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days for the bank to process. For exchanges, we will dispatch your new order within 3-5 business days.

Important Notes:

  • Some pin codes are not eligible for reverse pick-up; in such cases, you will need to return the item yourself. Please note that reverse pick-up is not available for international returns.
  • In rare instances of unforeseen delays, we will keep you updated via email and SMS.

Return Terms:

We ask that you only return items if you are genuinely unsatisfied. If a customer returns the same item more than three times within a year, Much Essentials reserves the right to deny further returns from that customer.

  • You can return or exchange an item within 7 business days from the delivery date.
  • We offer free exchanges for returned items; however, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • Sale items are non-returnable unless defective or different from the description.

Refund Process:

  • Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking/PayPal/RazorPay: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless there was an error with your order.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be issued as an E-Voucher or credit coupon, as cash refunds are not possible for COD orders.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Genuine sizing issues for unused garments with tags.
  • Quality issues or defective/damaged items.
  • Discrepancy between displayed and actual price.
  • Wrong item delivered.

Non-Refundable Conditions:

  • Minor variations in color or design from what is seen online.
  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  • Three failed delivery attempts by the courier.
  • Package refused by the recipient.
  • Items returned in used or damaged condition.

Please Note: Refunds will only be issued once the returned items are received in acceptable condition.
